Evgeny M. Kuznetsov

Evgeny M. Kuznetsov is a founding and managing partner of Herman & Smith LLC, advising international clients on debt restructuring, debt recovery, mediation, litigation, arbitration, and foreign investment matters. His practice also encompasses maritime law disputes and complex cross-border proceedings.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Geneva and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kingston University, London. Evgeny founded and developed Herman & Smith into a team of more than 20 lawyers, establishing a practice focused on sophisticated domestic and international legal matters.

He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
